The manufacturing process for Mako steel frames seamlessly integrates design, engineering, and production, comprising several essential stages: 

Design Phase

Our advanced design software is utilized to conceptualize and engineer the steel frames. Architects, engineers, and our designers collaborate to create precise blueprints and specifications, leveraging the software's capabilities to translate architectural plans into detailed framing layouts. This ensures optimized structural integrity and efficiency, with the software handling intricate engineering calculations and considerations. 

Roll Forming and
In-line Fabrication

The chosen steel coils are fed into a roll forming machine, where they undergo shaping through a series of rollers. Within the roll forming process, cutting and punching operations are seamlessly integrated to create the required lengths and holes for fastening and assembly. This streamlined process optimizes efficiency and precision in frame production. 

Quality Control

Stringent quality control measures are implemented throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to industry standards and project requirements. This includes inspections of material thickness, dimensions, rivet integrity, hole alignment, and overall structural soundness. Our dedicated quality control team meticulously evaluates each frame to guarantee its reliability and performance. 

Material Selection

High-quality galvanized steel coils are carefully selected as the raw material for Mako steel frames. These coils, composed of low-carbon steel and coated with zinc for corrosion resistance, form the foundation of the frames' durability and strength.

Assembly

Following roll forming, the individual framing components are assembled according to the design specifications. Techniques such as riveting, instead of screws, and welding are employed to construct the structural framework for buildings. This assembly process ensures the integrity and stability of the frames, meeting stringent quality standards. 

Packaging and Shipping

Upon passing quality control checks, the Mako steel frames are meticulously packaged and prepared for shipment to construction sites. Careful handling during transportation minimizes the risk of damage, ensuring the frames arrive in optimal condition for installation. This attention to detail in packaging and shipping underscores our commitment to delivering superior products to our clients.
